Return Policy

By submitting a request through Besin, you agree to the conditions listed below. We made these arrangements to ensure you are fully aware of our return procedures. These agreements apply to Besin customers. 

15-Day Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Charges

Only after the item is received and inspected by our warehouse, the refund can be processed; and who bears the shipping charges is decided by where the return responsibility lies.

– If return is caused by seller (defective product, wrong item/size/color, etc.): We will issue you a full refund including the original shipping charges, or we will send you an exchange for free. As for the shipping fee to send it back, we are also willing to incur the cost within reasonable limits (please confirm with us first before you send back the item).

– If return is caused by buyer (wrong order placed, no longer needed, not like it anymore, want to change another product, etc.): We will issue you a partial refund deducting the original shipping charges, or we will send you an exchange but you will need to incur the reshipping charges. As for the shipping fee to send it back, also it will be borne by buyer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 7 to 10 business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note

– Transfer charges or bank fees are not included in any refund. If any transfer charges or bank fees are incurred, that would be borne by buyer.

– We will process a refund in 3-5 business days only after the item is received and inspected by our warehouse.

Exchanges

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at [email protected]. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you’d like to exchange an item for a more suitable size, we’re also happy to do the service for you; however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability and adherence to our returns policy.

To exchange your item, follow the below steps ensuring you request an exchange and specify which size you require. Once the original item is received, it will be processed in adherence with our Returns Policy, the exchange order will be shipped and you will receive confirmation of the same.

Please also note that any items purchased can be booked for an exchange of size only once. As for the shipping fee of exchange(from and to), it will be borne by buyer.

Non-Returnable Items

No return or replacement is allowed in any of the following circumstances.

– Any items purchased from non-official/unauthorized websites or stores or private persons will not be accepted for returns.

– Any items specifically marked as “Flash Sale” and “As Is” on the product page will not be accepted for returns.

– Any items ordered on special request or customized will not be accepted for returns.

Return Process 

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Return Your Products?

To initiate a return, just pack up the items you are wanting to return, and have it dropped off at FedEx. The cost of return shipping will have to be incurred by the buyer, unless the items arrived damaged or defective to the customer. Please put a note inside the box saying Return For Refund and the Order Number.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
