1. Where are you shipping to?
We are mainly shipping to the United States from our US warehouses
In addition, following countries will be shipped from China warehouse:
– Canada, Mexico
– Europe: UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Portugal, Slovakia, Hungary, Norway, Romania, Slovenia, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Chile.

2. Where are you shipping from?
Orders will be shipped from US Warehouse or Mainland China. Shipping will be arranged according to your order details.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time
Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles are shipped within 2-3 business days from purchase. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will start processing on the following business day.
Example – An order placed on Saturday will start processing Monday and will leave our warehouse by Wednesday. We do our best to get orders out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified of shipping tracking number via email.
Shipping Time
For US 48 States Standard Shipping:
If it shows “US Stocked” or “US-RTS” on product page, it means 3-7 working days from US Warehouse for delivery.
If it shows “ships from China” or “CHN-RTS” on product page, it means 40-50 days working days from China Warehouse by sea for delivery. Besides, “9-15 days Air Shipping” means 9-15 days working days from China Warehouse by air for delivery.
But sometimes, due to force majeure factors such as storms, insufficient logistics capacity, or customs inspections etc., you may experience delivery delays but we are committed to getting your products to you as soon as possible.
For Germany/Canada/Australia/the UK orders Shipping:
It will take 45-55 days working days from China Warehouse by sea for delivery.
For US Islands areas or other countries/regions:
For common and customized products, please confirm the customization cycle and delivery time with your sales.
Your orders will be shipped by UPS, FedEx or DPD. The shipping method may vary for different countries.
All packages will be shipped with tracking numbers so you can track the delivery status in time.
5. What’s the shipping charge?
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders from USA Contiguous 48 States.
For Canada orders, $50 charge for orders less than $500, free shipping for orders over $500.
For Australia orders, $40 charge for orders less than $400, free shipping for orders over $400.
For Germany and the UK orders, $20 charge on all orders.
If your postal code is remote, our customer service team will contact you to add additional shipping charges.
Due to legal regulations and shipping company guidelines, additional shipping charges may apply to special products such as textiles, ceramics, electrical items, and bamboo-covered items.

6. How do I change my shipping address?
We cannot change the delivery address once your order has been processed. Please contact us immediately at [email protected], if you require any changes. In some instances, there may be a fee to make changes.
7. How to cancel an order?
We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been processed. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
8. What if I refuse delivery?
Refused packages and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient, are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination address, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
Warm Notice: In some situations, the return charges might be surprisingly high, so we suggest do not refuse package.
